A very pleasant temperature today in the field, the grass is high and the grasshoppers are jumping around me. It is still vacation time and therefore some canoeists pass by now and then. A nice gentleman I had a good conversation with a while back at the sunflowers also came by..
I was also able to continue working on this fairly large canvas. It wasn't until cleaning up that I discovered that I had a small (uhm big) friend sitting on the easel. A very beautiful spider, which I had never seen before. Getting her off my easel was a bit of a chore, because apparently she was in love with it and quickly ran back. When I had separated spider and easel from each other I carefully put her back in the bush...
It turns out again: "Never alone in the bush" ;-)
