It was a nice warm summer day today and therefore a pleasure to paint outside. Due to the persistent drought, the ocher tones are already well on the way, but on the waterfront it was not too bad...
Between the flowers, dragonflies, and frogs it is good to stay. This painting and three other paintings will soon be on their way to Appingedam. There they will be on display and for sale in the "Magnificent miniatures exhibition" at Museum Møhlmann. The exhibition starts on August 7 and can be seen until September 25, 2022. Museum Møhlmann is an experience in itself, but a museum full of miniatures by many artists is always a spectacle and is really worth a visit!
