Once back from Noordwijk I could catch my breath at home and on Saturday 29 June I left for Katwijk again for Katwijk en plein air 2024. And yes, it might be boring to tell, but it is also a great festival! The weather was good and I worked a lot in the dunes.
The formula is slightly different than in Noordwijk, for example you sleep together with other colleagues in a park. All that makes it even more intensive, but also very beautiful and valuable. The paintings made will be collected during the week and all hung in the Duna studio.
The exhibition can therefore still be viewed until 22 September 2024. More than 18 artists have worked hard again and it has become a beautiful exhibition.
