Field peace

It is winters and dark early, but ideal for me to go out again in the evening. A miner's light on my head and a light on my pochade is enough to be able to work. In these turbulent times it is extra nice to be one with nature in complete silence...

The sun continues to set, I work hard and the coots and the grebe let out their last evening cries. You no longer hear the singing of the crickets and the grasshoppers, but the nibbling rhythm of all the mice takes its place. After the sun is completely gone I start another job in complete darkness, with the fog knee-high and in the distance a cow is calling me goodbye...
