Despite the strong wind, I had to get out today, you could say, literally and figuratively blown away. So I went to take a look at the IJssel in Bronckhorst.

It was already in the agenda for 2025, but Gallery Bonnard from Nuenen has  taken my work to Naarden the Art Fair 2024  this year also! 

The year has just begun and I am already back to work, new paintings are already drying. I am very pleased to announce that a new card folder has also been released by Bekking & Blitz "Summer landscapes" and this time in a high-gloss finish!

Because I had to bring work for our Duo exhibition in Katwijk, we were in nearby Noordwijk for a few days. It is always difficult to plan, because you just have to hope that the weather will cooperate. But luckily it did ;-). A bit windy and busy with people, but I was able to work wonderfully. This Paintbox painting was also born there...

Took the chance to paint for a few days in Noordwijkerhout, it was really chilly and the wind was blowing pretty hard. But luckily I have my little pochade and I could still paint wonderfully in the shelter of the car. The way people react en masse to the fields seems to get crazier and crazier every year. No one seems to know how not to walk between the balls.

A bizarre weather change caused a kind of snow storm to set up at the end of the day on Friday. What I didn't expect was that it stayed down for a long time on Saturday despite the lovely sun...
